Hands down the best resistance bands on the market. I use these outdoors in all weather and my last set survived for 10 years. I had to replace a couple of the carabiniers but that was it. Would recommend.

These are proper quality bands with plenty stretch and a good selection of resistance by adding or taking away bands. Iv'e been used to weights but these are a great alternative to weights and can travel lightly. I would highly recommend them you won't be dissapointed. I researched them for months as I initially had a set of Elastitone bands which were great but the ones I wanted were no longer made. These guys recommended Bodylastics and they were not wrong !

Escogí esta marca por la seguridad de la cuerda interna y la calidad de sus agarraderas, en general el sistema no decepciona, armas fácil y rápido el sistema a piso o puerta, fluyendo mis ejercicios de una manera rápida y cómoda. I'm a certified fitness trainer, and like the option of working out at home. I'm impressed with the tensile strength of the stronger bands in the set--the 30 lb and the next one down. With this set of resistance bands, I wanted something strong enough to do lat rows. I had bought a different set last year and found it pretty wimpy-- not a real challenge at all--even using all 5 bands included at once. I gave them away. But this set is totally different.One good thing to know--although it may be obvious to many--is that the rated strength of a resistance effectively doubles when you loop it around something and so are pulling on two strands. When I do my lat rows I loop it around a sturdy hook, attach each end to a handle, and row with both hands. The 30 lb band looped like this gives 60 lbs of resistance, and the top two bands together give close to 100 lbs (96). If I added the next one down, I could get 122 lbs. I have ordered an extra 30 lb band separately for $28, to grow into as I get stronger.I like the handles -- very ergonomic and well built. Same for the clippable O-rings--obviously good quality.I found this set at the recommendation of the New York Times consumer review column, The Wirecutter, which rate the Bodylastics set #1. I'd have to say I agree with them, based on my inital experience.

Dopo decenni di pesi liberi e macchinari, è da oltre 3 anni che mi alleno a casa solo con le bande elastiche, sono comode, efficaci per costruire muscoli e gentili sulle articolazioni. Finora avevo acquistato solo loopband e bande aperte, le migliori sul mercato. Ho voluto aggiungere al mio repertorio queste bodylastics, che hanno la fama di essere tra le migliori nella loro categoria, ma dal prezzo inavvicinabile, e non spedibili in Europa dal loro sito americano. Per fortuna, grazie ad Amazon, ho potuto acquistarle per un prezzo di 67 euro, la versione Warrior da 140 libbre, giusto per provarle. Le ho inserite nei miei workout, e posso dire che finora mi sono sembrate di qualità eccelsa, all'altezza della loro fama. Sono robustissime e le trovo molto più comode rispetto alle loopband su alcuni particolari esercizi, soprattutto su quelli di isolamento e monoarticolari. In definitiva, sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto e le ricomprerei, sul sito bodylastics ci sono molti video gratuiti che spiegano dettagliatamente gli esercizi per tutti i gruppi muscolari e i relativi workout. Visto il buon esito del mio test, ne acquisterò al più presto un altro set per raddobbare la resistenza. Cosa altro dire... Acquistatele ad occhi chiusi, se imparerete ad usarle bene, sono una valida alternativa ai pesi liberi, a costosi macchinari e abbonamenti in palestra..
