A damaged and defective product was delivered. Manual key not working No replacement available Pick up was cancelled by the delivery agency for last 4 days

Great product but handled carelessly in shipping
This safe is very convenient with the biometric authentication. I am happy with the product. The bottom part of the safe had a dent when delivered which caused the door from closing . The door bottom side was scratching the main body of the safe due to the above deformation. Godrej engineer visited my home , though after 4-5 days of delay and he tried to adjust the door hinge to make the door close without scratching, but the deformation was too much. I had a carpenter at site and got him to grind of a layer of steel from the door bottom and now the safe can close without issues I want to highlight to Amazon or seller to ensure that the packing of safe can handle some rough drops during the shipment so that the customer does end up with a damaged product. I was overseas and by the time when I returned the magic 7 days had passed for return to be done.. I am happy with the product and like to recommend it as a buy. But buying from a godrej dealer may be a better experience.

Misalignment of door
The product delivered is slightly out of date and the same is not available from the supplier Godrej in direct online mode with Godrej. The door alignment was damaged when delivered . Godrej technician had to correct it at the time of installation .

Go for it!
I changed my review for disappointed to very satisfied, the one that i received was not working so I got a replacement from Amazon and this finger print sensor locker is great.
