**Q: what is the ingredient list?**
A: Octinoxate is the chemical besides the zinc oxide. I don't know if they changed the formula because I see it nowhere on this page, but I wouldn't buy it again because of it. I purchased on May 28, 2019.

**Q: I have severe chapped lips what do you recommen?d**
A: I have chronic chapped lips unless I constantly apply balm.  My only answer to your question is my Elta is my constant companion. I not only recommend the lip balm but, also, their sunscreens.

**Q: elta moisturizing cream...is it available on amazon prime**
A: Yes, just depends on the seller

**Q: Does the TSA consider this a liquid?**
A: It is a gel and follows the same rule as liquids and aerosols.
