I would NOT like to ever be without these
My doctor says that my arches are the highest he has ever seen them. When I make a wet foot print on concrete, the side of my foot is less than a 1/2 inch wide! I'm an old lady now. My arches are so high that my ankle is falling... not my arches but my ankle! My ankle is bending inward to support my steps and my little bit more than I'd like body mass. This makes my ankle painful. About 10 years ago I rolled my ankle and caused a very bad sprain and that injury is now hauting me. The supports my ankle needs is weak at best but with these gel pads, I get a good solid yet forgiving pad that fills in the area under my high arch. I'm back to being able to do the palm tree again at yoga. My balance is great no wiggly sore ankle and my hips are almost the same height from the floor. My shoulders are coming back too. My lower back is KILLING ME. I know it will take some work to get my lower back muscles strong again but with these pads I know I can achieve it and then keep it. the nude color works well for wearing a ballet type shoe or sandal. The only con I have is that I wear a woman's size 8 shoe wide but from my ankle to my toes, the distance is short. These supports catch me at a bad place on my baby toe because they are too long for me. So I roll them up by my ankle which after about 8 hours of wear begins to feel uncomfortable. So I take them off for a TV show or two and then back on for beddy-bye.

No Instructions!
After a couple hours of searching online and adjusting fit, I think I figured out how to put these on! As for all of those posts about them being marked L/R, making it self explanatory, umm...no. Still don't know which direction!Combining multiple different manufacturers of nearly identical products, I found that they ate designed to fit one of two ways: with the letter near the toe and line about mid-big toe, or the exact opposite with line near sole/heel.I find the latter (letter closest to ankle) to be the most beneficial, while providing a distinct stretching sensation. I have slightly wide feet- I buy 'wide' size shoes depending on style and always require a large toe-box. I wear 7.5/8 US Womens/38EU.There was immediate relief when standing barefoot and I'm glad I (inadvertently) bought two pairs.I was NOT paid or discounted in any way. I deducted one star purely for lack of instructions. There is a lot of info missing! (How they should feel, direction, etc.) If you Google other brands, their info is very helpful in figuring these out.

Same as Yosoo gel pads. Buy those instead.
The product works great BUT it is the IDENTICAL product to the Yosoo gel pads for half the price. So if you want to buy them, buy the others instead. So far it is the only thing that has worked for me. One star because I was trying to compare different products, and they would not let me return this product on the basis of just price difference so want to warn others.

A bit too large for me
I really wanted to like this product. I suppose they are intended for people with larger feet than mine. I generally wear a women's size 6 to 6.5 in regular to narrow and these arch supports are just too long for my feet to feel comfortable wearing them. Also, when on my feet, there is too much bunched up fabric at the back of my foot near my ankle making it awkward to place the gel pad.. The product description says one size fits most but it would have been nice if they put a size range in place. The product measures about 4''1/4'' long and about 3'' wide. The gel support inside measures nearly 2''across and about 3''1/4'' long. My foot is fairly skinny and they felt tight but not where it was cutting off circulation.. The gel support is rather thick and walking was difficult and painful.I think if the gel pad was smaller and somewhat thinner then it would feel more comfortable (at least in my case). The construction seems to be made well and it looks like it could potentially last for a while with everyday use.Although these were not what I was hoping for, I can see where they might be beneficial for someone with flat feet and a larger foot.

PROBABLY NOT GOING TO FIX U BUT U CAN TRY
i am not hating on this product, as a customer i can just say it hasnt made any difference besides the mental aspect or placebo effective only had it for 3 days or so, if something happens over long term and i do see improvements i will update accordinglyi have planters fasciitis. most people have the pain in the heel but mine is in the middle of my foot/archi dont really wear shoes with arch support so i decided to buy this to see if it could make a differencethere is nothing wrong with the product i knew what i was getting before i bought it, but as an arch support it doesnt really feel like muchjust feels like stepping on a medium to small size blob of geldidnt have instructions but did have a right or left foot indicator on the elastici dont know if the blob of gel goes directly in the middle of my foot or if i am supposed to place it under the archive been doing a little bit of bothive found under the arch is more comfortable as opposed to middle of the foot which feels like stepping on something every step and not really in a arch support type of way, just in a more like something happens to be under your foot type of wayi havent tried other arch support or planters fasciitis products but this one hasnt helped thus far hopefully if i keep at it maybe it will help in due time if you are thinking about buying this i would probably suggest to spend that money on a arch support insole
