My favorite kitchen toy
I love this thing, and use it all the time. My sirloin steaks get super tender. Also use it on porch chops, chicken breasts, turkey breasts on the whole bird. I rinse it good with super hot water and then finish cleaning in top rack dishwasher.

My 20 year old Jaccard finally had to may tips bent and needed replacing. New unit is just as good as the old one.
