Poor packing spoils the experience
The product is excellent no doubt and much cheaper than offline. However 9 times out of 10 it comes broken or cracked because of poor packing. Amazon you need to crack this problem and introduce thermocol packing for crockery.

Gave it to my mum as B'day present. Build quality is good accidentally dropped it on carpet while washing from waist height and it didn't break, print in also very good, not very heavy and not very light. Received them untouched not a single scratch was on it and packaging was top tier everything was packed in foam. Go for it if you are planning to buy
