It does not remove hair. Only trims it and leaves the prickly hair behind.
I wonder if all the 5 star reviews here are paid for? This is an absolutely trashy device. Firstly, the packaging was not done properly. It came with the box open. Secondly, IT DOES NOT REMOVE HAIR. It only trims it. You can still see the small prickly hair left on your skin. Third, it makes sound. Whoever wrote that this product doesn’t make sound or is low on noise must be deaf. Fourth, they don’t offer the option to return this device but only replace it. I had to call the customer support and explain to them that a replacement won’t serve any useful purpose. They agreed to refund the money. A note to the seller: please do not put up wrong information and fool the consumers. Amazon: please take note of such products. It doesn’t help your consumers.

Such a bad product which is being marketed with such good reviews and I dont understand how?The product stopped working right after 1st usage and since the returned time lapsed , neither did I get my money back nor did the seller address my query . I'd suggest people not to fall for the 5 stars like I did .

Waste product
Saw the reviews and bought the product. Followed all instructions according to the user manual. Charged for 2.5 hours and then tried to use trimmer on my legs. It made a lot of noise for 1 minute, didn't trim also and then stopped. The charge is supposed to last for 60 minutes.I dont want replacement, I want refund.
