In Europe not worth bothering with
I have tried and failed. The shell broke across the middle then so did the egg. I suspect that if the egg was very hard boiled and then fully cold then it may work. I also think that it would be better with American eggs (chlorine washed so shells thinner).I am playing with it but as a kitchen tool it is a failure

Not for eggs
It just doesn’t make peeling a boiled egg easier it smashes it to pieces! Nothing wrong with the quilts of the product I use it for a mini gym supplement shaker but no good for eggs.
