Using this to make gifts for Christmas. Product as expected, and delivery time was awesome.

I love bath salts and never seen this size. You had to use several pieces However it took forever to completely dissolve. Not sue I would buy again, but they do look pretty In a nice container

This is not the tiny bits that you grind for table salt or maybe dump into a bath. I was looking for chunks of rock salt that I could put into a small baggie and put in my pocket or place around a room. Only a couple of the chunks were what I would call pocket-sized, the rest were just a bit larger - fit in your palm but bulky for a pocket. They fit my needs perfectly, as I was looking for small chunk specimens to place around a room. Nice color/tone and vibrational feel.

I learned a bit of metric conversion when I ordered these. 2.2 pounds = 1 kilo. :-) These arrived in a plastic bag inside a box, which is a great idea. Mine are all about the same size, but with variation in size, shape and color. I was going to make sole' with it (a salty brine to add to drinking water). When I saw them I changed my mind, because the're too pretty to dissolve! I definitely am not going to put them in a bath! Instead I used them for a second basket lamp, similar to the one sold on amazon. Now I have two lamps. The one I made isn't much cheaper than amazon's, but it was quicker than ordering another one. Amazon ships quick, but next payday is already spoken for!These chunks are mostly pinkish, but some are a little orange, and some are whitish. The glow they make when the lamp is lit is lovely and warm. It's a perfect night light; not too bright, but a comforting glow. I've read about the benefits of Himalayan salt, and I hope the lamps will help my allergies and my son's migraines and insomnia. They're pretty as they are, but when lit up - how incredibly lovely they are! Such a warm, soft glow the lamp makes! Even with my other decorative lighting, this is the focal point of the room, like a mini fire-bowl. I'm definitely going to order more, as funds permit! Some people carry small chunks in their pocket when away from home. That sounds like a good idea. Small pets would probably love these as salt licks - much better for them than commercial salt licks.

You need to use the whole bag for one bath. Makes the skin very soft and heals cuts, dry skin, and acne. You do need to drink water after your 20 to 25 minute soak, and just relax. It helps release toxins from your body I think. It's also supposed to help the respiratory system, but I didn't notice any improvement with my asthma.

I dissolve on beautiful crystal in a small jar of filtered water, leaving part of it undesolved. I use a teaspoon in a glass of water a couple times a day. Sometimes I use it on food. I get all the minerals I need. It has about 100 chelated minerals which neurish your body. I use it night to help myself sleep. Himalyan salt will not raise you blood pressure like table salt does. I'm a believer.

I simply cannot explain how great this is...a must have is all I can say!!
