Super Cool Space Facts: A Fun, Fact-filled Space Book for Kids

Basic Space
It is a very informative book and I like that it is worded simply for a young child. This is probably an unpopular opinion, but it didn't really contain anything that my 6 year old didn't already know. I'd call it a basic space book. He was hoping to learn more about specific stars like UY scuti, VY Canis Majoris, etc. Also wanted to learn about black holes like TON-618. But, I'd say he is advanced when it comes to his knowledge on space. So otherwise, this is a solid book. I definitely learned at least.

Nephew loved it
I got this as a gift for my 6-year old nephew who loves space, and he was so excited to get this book and begin reading the facts. I paged through it and it looks like it would be a great gift for space lovers 6-10 years of age, as some of the wording is for a little more advanced readers.

Great book for kids
this was a gift for my six year old granddaughter. She loves to look at the pictures and have her parents read to her out of the book. It was a big hit.

Fun, engaging, and unexpected
Not your average space book! This one has lots of stuff that my son didn't know, and he really loved learning new stuff instead of the same-old.

Illustrations too boring for young readers
This book is supposed to be for kids age 6-9-but I find the illustrations too boring to interest young readers, no matter what the facts are. Might be an ok choice for older readers just interested in the facts, but there is little to engage young readers. As I got this for an 8 year old, I will be returning it.

great to have some visual touchable hands on materials to teach my grandchildren rather than being told to just google it
