I’ve been using these Natrol Melatonin tablets for a while now, and they are my go-to for sleep support. The "fast dissolve" feature really works—it’s convenient because you don’t need water to take them, and they act quickly to help me wind down. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and not overly medicinal. Most importantly, I don’t feel any grogginess or "hangover" effect the next morning, which is a huge plus. I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

I am kind of surprised this stuff is working. I’ve had to take Unisom for years. I am trying to get away from it because a pharmacist mentioned there’s some studies that shows that medicine contributes to dementia! Compared to Unisom, 1. I am staying asleep longer. 2. When I do wake up to use the restroom, I’m immediately able to go back to sleep. 3. I don’t feel drugged in the morning. 4. It makes my sleepy faster than Unisom. 5. There’s mixed reviews on whether or not Melatonin is good for us, but dementia isn’t a concern. 6. Tastes nice!

Easy to use and tasty, too. I experimented with the dosage, taking 5 mg, then 10 mg and finally on 15 mg, which gave me the best sleep without a hangover. You’ll be asleep within 20 mins.

I ordered this product because I wanted to stop taking Advil PM. I was hoping the Melatonin would be a better choice and it was. I have only taken it 2 nights in a row but each night I was knocked out within 15 to 30 minutes. I mean out like a light. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. I wake up ready to start the day. It works like magic.

I chose the 5 mg tablets so I would be able to break it in half. I only like to take 3 mg or less per night. The tablet dissolves quickly.

Melatonin. Easy to swallow. No digestive issues. Works great. Good value. Perfect dosage. Great product.
