I have a trolling motor with a 40 amp max. Could I split this over the 3 switches to use as an on/off switch?

I'm going to use one of the switches to turn a trolling motor on and off. However, the switch will not be carrying the load from the motor. The switch will be used to activate/deactivate a relay. The relay is what will carry the high amperage. You cannot in any way, shape, or form wire anything requiring more than a few amps directly to these switches.

If the ground wire attaches to the chassis, where do I connect the ground coming from the light bar?

The chassis in automotive electrical systems is used in place of wire. In this case black, because its neg. The neg terminal of the battery is connected to the frame or chassis. Then the black wire from what ever you are hooking up in this case a light bar, is connected to the frame or chassis. The frame conducts the elect. between the black wire from the light bar to the neg term. on the battery completing the circuit. You could also just run the black wire from the light bar to the neg term on the battery. Same thing and just put the switch in either the pos wire or the neg wire. Cut the wire and hook up each end to the term on the switch. When the switch is off its like cutting the wire and the light goes off. When you turn it on its like twisting the wires back together completing the circuit and the light goes on

What terminal is used for an accessory wire? Positive circuit, so it’ll only work with the key turned on?

You need to identify the circuit within your wiring harness in your car which is energized when the key is on the switches are all pre-wired and they are all gained together To work off of one power sauce and the loads are the other wires

I have a manual bilge pump that i want to wire to this. i don't want to use a float switch. this will be the only switch. how do i wire it?
