Have this every night as my ‘sleepy tea’ really helps me sleep better. Couldn’t do without it. One teaspoon fizzed with a little boiled water then topped up to top. Zzzzzzz

Cherry taste is awful
I don’t know why the manufacturers like to add some kind of chemical food flavors ,it’s a non natural taste .I bought natural one for many years and it’s very easy to drink . Would buy NATURAL

Great taste
Says what it does on the tin I am happy with this and will buy again only thing I would say would be nice is to get a little plastic measure spoon but other than that love this.
