Bought this at the end of October and had left it in the box till I needed it. Got it out today 23rd December, to start preparing for Christmas and it does not work at all ! Furious is an understatement , I had to rush out to argos to buy something similar. Wanted to contact the seller to let them know that what they sent is useless but the return period was closed after a month. If you do buy this , I recommend that you check it works straight away. Even when I opened it , it looked like it had already been opened and badly repacked. Not good a total waste of money !

UPDATE: After using the blender for 5 times, it stopped working, when it did work the blender was great, I have no idea who it stopped working, the seller was unresponsive but Amazon have been fablous and agreeded to give a refund.Previous Review:Im very pleased with the blender, my Hamilton beach blender died the night before and I needed a new one ASAP for the weekend, I saw the reviews and thought the price was great (less than half what I previously paid) and it arrived the next day, the motor is excellent at 800w and blends and grinds quickly and efficiently. It’s easy to use and stored away. I hope it lasts for years to come!

Been using the chopping bowl part to chop cooked meat and to 'grate' bread. Waste of time, the blades are the wrong way round, so the food item doesn't get chopped up and I have to keep emptying the bits that are cut up and starting again with the chunks that are left. It won't even cut bread up, leaving crusts whole. Initially I thought it was because the top blade was a bit high compared with others, but on checking it is because the cutting edge is actually on the bottom and close to the base, so the food cannot get chopped up. I don't know if this is a fault or by design, but whatever it is it is rubbish. The picture of the blades on the box show them installed the correct way though. I have not used the blender, but the chopping part is not fit for purpose. The item has been returned.

I used this item only four times and on the fourth use, there was a pop and then the blender stopped working. I assume the motor blew. Definitely not a quality product!I like to use a hand blender to mix up a daily smoothie or coffee frappe. I've used hand blenders for this for a couple of years and an 800 watt should be easily capable of doing this.To be honest, I really question if this thing is 800 watt. I've previously owned 2 different brands of hand blenders, both of which were 800 watt, and they both seemed to have more power than this one. I noticed it on the first use and should have just returned it immediately, but I figured it was just my imagination.

All in one to save more costs to buy other set of products.For each parts of this product, which is able to remove them separately for easy to clean, I can say that each parts are likely as a “block” to provide different functions and satisfy your needs in different occasions.The shaft is powerful as it can adjust the speed from top of the panel, also there’s a lovely turbo button to speed it up, the only thing is, it may be quite noisy but I believe all blenders are making same loud noises.Overall, I should say this blender is well made product with all functions that I need, and it is very effective, that’s why I gave 5 stars for this blender.

Worked three times but I was hearing popping noises like components blowing, I thought it might just have been air in the soup bubbling but no, came to use it today and its dead. I've opened it up found its a DC motor with pitiful little carbon brushes in which are just destroyed. Worked great when it was working, destroys itself within weeks.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I ordered one of these and the top button stopped working after 3 days, so I sent it back and bought another one, after 3 days that one completely died on me and the fuse went I believe as something popped inside it halfway through mixing, I love the product itself but twice I've ordered and both times they died on me after 3 or 4 uses!

I was looking for a good blender to prepare my baby's purees and I was not impressed about the initial strength of it. I could find small pieces that were not blend after some time and I was having doubts about returning it... Then it stopped working after a week, so I had to return it.
