Handpan Penta-C 440hz, inch

I've wanted an insturment like this for 15 years, I've been on countless waiting lists, bid on ebay scams, been disappointed with various tongue and tank drums. I was so happily surprised when it arrived and it was everything I'd hoped for. It plays beautifully, it sounds magical and seems to resonate more energy than I put in with my fingertips. We've had a lot of fun playing it as a group - still learning my way around how to make different sounds but I am delighted every day by my new instrument. Now I just have to learn how to pronounce Tzevaot.

Wow, 3200... What is worth?

I actually had the chance to play a Tzevaot Penta-C this past weekend. I have to tell you that it is a beautiful scale, very uplifting. The music just flowed from this beautiful instrument. It has an exotic Asian flair. The sustain was nice and the notes were very well tuned. I also had the chance to look at the hard shell case that comes with the pan. It is a very sturdy case, built to keep the pan safe under typical road conditions. Having spent a good deal of time loading, transporting and unloading all kinds of musical equipment, this is important to me.I can honestly say that playing this pan was a joyful experience for me. I own another Tzevaot pan that I am very happy with as well. They do make a quality instrument.

I'm rating this item based on the great description and information provided by the seller as well as their willingness to allow visiting their facility. The one star vote by Logan is exceedingly unfair and felt should be offset by somebody that values small business, craftsmanship, and attempting to makes a go as a smaller business. The price is high and I don't know the quality but from all I can see the company is doing a great job and I wish them well with their business.
