How can I purchase another bracket set, I have the basket but not the bracket to attach it to my knee scooter?

Take your scooter and basket to your local hardware store and they should be able to assist you. I used ACE Hardware. By taking both scooter and basket you can get an exact fit.

The mounting bracket won't tighten on the scooter so the basket keep slipping. Is there something I can do?

You can build it up between the bracket and the metal steering post.

The basket includes everything needed to attach the basket. It took my hubby about 5 minutes. And I use my basket for EVERYTHING! 
