I got these tissue paper squares on a whim so I could make "stained glass" candle holders. They were perfect for this purpose and easy to use, although it took some time to organize them first by color. But I do like how many colors there are- some of them are very similar in tone. Because the tissue is so thin, they easily stick to each other and bend before use, and can tear very easily once you try to attach it with a solution. So apply firmly but gingerly and carefully. I brushed red interference acrylic paint onto the glass and pressed each paper square on top. It stuck easily but tore a couple times as I tried to straighten it. Then after it was all dry, I brushed over with Mod Podge gloss (mixed with some iridescent mica) to seal it in. The candle holder looks really nice with a flameless candle inside. I was just experimenting on the fly, but I wanted to share what method I used. It was effective. For the most transparency, I'd recommend using clear Mod Podge, clear everything, so that the colors really show through. The individual papers are very thin, so the color is not that saturated. You can double up the papers (I definitely overlapped a bunch), but it may slightly mute the light from the inside. Regardless, you can mess it all up and in the end, it can still look pretty nice. For the price, this product has a nice variety and decent quality. I'd buy it again.

These worked great for my craft project. I love the fact I didn’t have to cut them!!! The problem I have is that they come in small packaging, which is great so that there are not 1000 of them to clean u, and I needed to find another container to put them in when done. I wish they would’ve come with a package that had a zip enclosure or something, rather than a tiny plastic square that could never be used again.

These little tissue paper squares are great! The quality is as good as any other tissue paper I’ve ever purchased and I didn’t have to spend hours cutting it up so my grandson could use it. The colors are nice and bright, and the tissue is sheer enough to see through (which is what we needed for our projects). You can see from one of my photos how the squares look sandwiched between clear Contact paper. The squares are neatly packaged; I just opened one tiny packet and put the squares in a bowl, then covered the bowl with plastic wrap between sessions so the little papers didn’t blow away in the breeze. NOTE: this is NOT “art tissue,” meaning that it will not release its dye when wet. If you are hoping to do a wet transfer with these, look elsewhere. On the other hand, you might be happy that your hands won’t turn purple and green while working with this.

I bought this pre-cut tissue paper for a preschool craft activity after becoming way too annoyed cutting tissue paper into squares myself. This paper is good quality. I did not realize that it would come compressed into cubes of all the colors together. I had a heck of a time separating the pieces to get to the colors I wanted. Not really easier than cutting the pieces myself.
