NES Assessment of Professional Knowledge: Elementary Flashcard Study System: NES Test Practice Questions & Exam Review for the National Evaluation Series Tests (Cards)

Honestly the best thing you can do to prepare for this exam is to buy the study guide and practice test directly from the website that you register for the exam. These flashcards are very broad and have giant paragraphs for an answer on the back. There is no way anyone could ever memorize these. You're better off buying from the NES website itself.

These seem like a great idea but honestly I can't even bring myself to use them. They are way overworded instead of simple answers that are easy to remember there is a paragraph or more for each question. I appreciate the information but my brain was on overload after reading 5 cards. This just doesn't seem like a way to study for me but if you are the type of person that wants to know every detail about every question then they would be great for you!

I've used flash cards to help me study for a variety of different things throughout my academic career. But when I was getting ready to study for this particular exam, I had no idea what I was going to do. This subject is tailored and I didn't know how I would find flash cards to match the material I needed to know. I wanted to make cards based on the information I had to study, but I knew that would take me way more time than I had on my hands. I looked online, not really having much hope of finding anything and was pleasantly surprised that I found something that was exactly what I needed. Not only are these cards for my subject, but they are specifically made for the test I needed to take. The cards had everything on them that I would need to know for this test. They helped me waste no time in organization or trying to make cards of me own. Instead, I just got down to the studying. I was able to learn assessment, instruction, learning environment, professional environment and many other things from these cards in a much shorter amount of time then I would have learned them elsewhere. I am so glad I looked online. I really didn't have much hope. If I have to take another specialized test like this someday, I'll definitely look for cards like this first instead of as a last ditch effort!
