At first I loved my flatiron and then I after a few months it started smoking after using it. Then the ceramic and plates started peeling. I have used HAI products for over 15 years and tried reaching out to the company for an exchange and they gave me the run around. I am sad to say I will no longer use this product because the product is poorly made.

Disappointed
I thought I had done enough research to choose a new flat -iron. This is NOT the answer. The primary issue is that I am constantly pinching my fingers between the two parts. This has never happened with other irons. I also do not like the shortened ceramic pieces as it takes longer to iron the entire head of hair.

It does its work ,.I like how hot it gets quickly. I was using the t3 for years , but this is my new favorite flatiron

My wet to straight by conair I feel is better than this iron
Eh. It's an ok iron. I went to beauty school and this is the iron we got in our cosmetology kit. So being in a beauty program I though all of our tools would be extremely top notch! But I wasn't impressed by this iron very much. My wet to straight by conair I feel is better than this iron. It's not a TERRIBLE iron. I've just have had better experiences with different irons.
