Great Calipers
I bought these in 2015 and they're still going strong 8 years later. I needed the large 12" capability for a project I was doing and didn't want to drop $300 on a Mitutoyo or Starrett just to use once. To my surprise, for the money, they're really nice calipers with smooth action and good precision and accuracy. Way better than you'd find at HF. Twice the price compared to those, but about a quarter the price of the primo stuff, so still a great value, and you're legitimately getting a good tool here for that money. I find myself using them more than I thought I would so it's great that they turned out to be a quality tool. One complaint I do have is that they don't auto shut off so they will use up batteries quick if you don't pay attention to that.

A new Name Brand to look out for.
Okay First I'll say I do not just give away ratings on tools lightly as I am a 30 year veteran machinist with many years as QA/QC for an aerospace tool company checking tools before shipping to the likes of NASA, Bell Helicopter, etc... I take my tools seriously and with the revelation some years back that some of the "high end trusted" brands were now just basically slapping a sticker on inferior products I have sought to find the best equipment for myself and my co-workers. I was hesitant to try anything past my Mitutoyo calipers that I have come to regard as the measuring stick (literally) by which all calipers are judged, and then I saw a pair of these a friend had bought for home shop use (0-6"). After playing with his and then reading some reviews here and elsewhere I decided I'd get a set (0-12") I'd been wanting a set for awhile and I'd just purchased a 1-2" micrometer from I-gauging recently and it has a very nice ergonomic design. I've been using these now for awhile in a production shop environment and I have been very impressed by the feel, use and overall quality. For around $70 I have yet to see anything else as impressive as these calipers. I kind of hate to say this and this is coming from a die hard quality tool machinist but save yourself a few hundred dollars and buy a set of these instead of spending upwards of $300 or more on a similar "Name Brand" set.

No Problems Yet...Works Great!
This thing works pretty good... its very consistent and returns to zero as long as you keep it clean and hold it the same way every time you take a measurement. I use it mostly for reloading ammo and I've been very pleased with it. I've tried a few different calipers and for the money you can't beat this one!

Great caliper, flimsy case
The caliper works good but the case was flimsy and one of the latches broke after a week or so. -1 star for a cheap case. Updating this after several years of ownership and owning tow of these. Both have held up well. The cheap cases have been tossed and I have 3d printed new cases for them. The batterie doors are also a little flimsy and I don't like the rubber gasket inside. Despite the cheaper feel neither has broke. Both calipers are still working very well and the accuracy for the price is great! If I need to purchase another, I would buy these again.

The best value caliper.. igaging absolute origin is where it's at if you don't want to spend hundreds.
Love it, more accurate that low cost competition. Think i'll be getting another, but this time a 6" because i don't always need 12" of caliper. That's the one thing i could complain about, i got the biggest caliper, and sometimes that's a pain. But that's not an issue with the product, it's an issue with me. Even came with a spare battery (cr2032) which is nice. No auto-off feature, but that's not a problem for me. It gets put in it's case after every use, so i make sure to turn it off.

Nothing but problems, and the warranty is a LIE!
I really wanted to like this caliper. I read through all the positive reviews before buying, and it seemed like a slam dunk. However my experience with this caliper has been a huge disappointment. Within a few weeks, it failed to function properly to measure anything over 6 inches. The screen would flicker back and forth, displaying random numbers that were a full inch or more away from the correct measurement. The description claims this caliper comes with a 2-year warranty, so I went to the manufactures website. Unfortunately they do not have a warranty claim form on the website, only a generic "contact us" form. I filled out the form and even included a video showing the problem. They ignored my request, so now I'm out $80. Not only that, but I'm having problems with the jaws being magnetized. They keep picking up tiny particles of ferrous metal which is interfering with the measurements. I have several other calipers which are used in the same environment, and none of them have this issue. Between these two issues, and no resolution from the manufacture, I refuse to give them any more business or recommend them to anyone else.

accurate, well made, CR2013 (:-)
vey nicely made. note that unlike others, this unit uses a CR2032 battery as opposed to the smaller LR44 ones. This is a net plus as the CR2032 will last much longer and given the specialty nature of this tool it's nice to know it will power up a year from now when I need it again.

Must keep completely dry
They're decent calipers, but if you get just a drop of coolant on them they go haywire. If you're not using them to take measurements while a part is still in the machine then they're great for the price.
