They are made out of PLA plastic which is biodegradable and good for the environment. The sizes listed pertain to the approximate height of the main cookie cutter. The 4 inch size is displayed. This cookie cutter has a depth of 1/2 an inch. All other sizes are directly proportionate to this size. Most cookie cutters will be red, however color may vary. These items are NOT dishwasher safe. HAND WASH ONLY WITH COLD WATER. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct heat/sunlight should be avoided. For orders under and equal to 50 items please allow 48 hours for processing.
