I have terrible pain from Adult Scoliosis and also terrible SI Joint pain. Heat always helps the pain but the usual size heating pad only covers a small area at a time. This XXX-lg heating pad is fantastic as it draps your whole back from behind your neck , all the way down to the Sacroiliac Joints. It has snaps at the top and you can tie the bottom. If this was around years ago if would have been great. I'm so glad to come home from a long day at work and use this great heating pad. Super Awesome!

This is huge! Covers your whole back and neck! I’ve bought two now. It works great and is super soft. There’s a clasp for the neck so it doesn’t slide down on you. The shoulders being covered is the main reason I wanted this ! I can’t even consider my small heating pad again as this one does the job perfectly! I have sometimes just sat on it and let it cover my thighs too and that works nicely. I now travel with this in the car with my auto adapter I also bought here on Amazon. I highly recommend

This time of year when the rain creates a damp chill in the house and my muscles ache my aches and pain goes away on the middle setting and the heat distribution is great the whole length of my spine and neck. 15 minutes and my discomforts are gone!!! I’m relaxed but most of all pain free. Highly recommend!!

I ended up returning this - it is difficult to get it to stay in place, the straps are flimsy and the snaps pop off way too easily. Also the neck piece doesn't really function - it sits too loose on the heck to even feel the heat.

This is a wonderful product. It has been helpful with my back pain. It's so comfortable my 9byear old tries to use it all the time.

Extra large and comfortable ! Bought it for my daughter and she loves it. It covers the neck and the back. And can be used while sitting as it buttons around the neck and has a strap for the waist.

This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I have spine issues and have had multiple surgeries. This heating pad is large enough to cover my back and my neck. Its provide many nights of relief helping me sleep better. I would definitely recommend it.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. This item claims to be a heating pad for your neck but there's no heating element in the neck or even near it. The majority of this item is just fleece material with a few tiny heating strings. Im so disappointed because the idea of this product seems so great...If your looking for something warm and soft your better off putting your blanket in the dryer then purchasing this item.

As advertised, and a very good product overall. I am glad I got the XXXL; at 5ft 4 (163cm), it covers my shoulders fully and reaches to the bottom of my back. Good length of plug, w handy reach of control buttons. Perhaps a slightly longer belt would be good for larger customers. I warmed it to level 6 (not too hot through pajamas), and then unplugged it - it stayed warm for approx 15 min while I got a coffee before returning to my chair. Pleased overall.

Worked great for a couple days....providing warmth and relief...with easy-to-use control! Ummm however...after a few days...stopped working?? Also for the recipient's own use...he could not lay down on top of this....an addn. issue. Returned for a refund...and a different product purchased for him with no issues after many uses now....

I was looking for a heating pad for my neck and shoulders mainly and came across this product. I've had it almost 2 weeks and while it doesn't go as high on my neck as I'd have liked (it goes maybe halfway up the back of my neck) it really works great. There are 1-6 heat settings and I find 4 very comfortable to ease my muscles -so even if you like it much hotter, this product can do the trick....Besides, after reading all the great reviews, and with lifetime warranty once you register, how could I not try this product!

This product arrived on time (or before estimated arrival time) and was exactly as described. Excellent product and large enough coverage to be appropriate for taller people. Very well-made and good heat for addressing body aches. I would certainly recommend this heating pad to others. Expensive item, but well worth the money.
