A+++ for this shampoo!!! MINUS F for the Amazon quality control department!!!I have used this product for over 38 years and have never deviated to another shampoo. My hair has been colored for the same amount of time & this product was recommended initially by a professional colorist. Traite is the finest product on the market, and Mastey was the very first company to introduce a Sulfate-Free shampoo to the market. I have waist-length hair, thick and luxurious, and receive many compliments. My hairdressers can't believe I've colored my hair for almost four decades. You will never be unhappy with any Mastey product.My issue is with AMAZON shipping. I have ordered this product on Prime a few times without any issues. The problem with my latest order is that I ordered two products as a two-pack (4 bottles total) showing the product including the pumps, as the product is shown on their website. The price was $57.51 for each 2-pack.My order arrived on the expected day, but it only had two bottles of shampoo, and they were not packaged as a 2-pack, nor did they arrive with pumps (just with flip-caps). I requested a replacement, but when I went to drop off the package, I was advised by an Amazon rep to contact customer service to get exactly what I ordered. I called Amazon customer service, and I explained what happened. The rep looked up my order, and clearly, I ordered two of the 2-packs, showing them with pumps as pictured. She said she understood my frustration and would rectify the situation by sending me the products I ordered.Well, I don't have to tell you that Amazon customer service screwed up that order as well. I didn't receive my order as a 2-pack, and again they came without pumps. I'm sure this wouldn't have bothered me 38 years ago, but now I am old and arthritic. This shampoo is a very thick cream, and I have difficulty holding and squeezing the bottle as it is both heavy and I'm weak. The pumps make it easy to enjoy this fantastic product. I reuse the pumps when I can, but they don't last forever.Amazon, this is an expensive shampoo for which I gladly pay to have! It would be even better if you carried the gallon size. Can you provide what I ordered?Keeping my fingers crossed that I finally get what I ordered.

This was my favorite shampoo back in the day, and was so happy to find it again. It smells the same, and my hair like loves it. It may be a little thinner than the original product but it works with the pump. Will be a repeat order for me!

I too have used this product for almost 20 years. I tried other saloon products but nothing has touched Mastey. When I was younger, I had very oily skin. Most conditioners left so much residue on your hair that it would have oil streaks. Mastey's Frehair does not cause any of the oily problem, yet makes hair soft, silky and easy to brush/comb.I have recommend Mastey's products to several people. Those who bought it still use it.The company makes a other products for other types of hair conditions. I buy the Smooth conditioner for one daughter whose hair tangles more and is more prone to damage.Addition 9-20-2015 Traite has changed their masking fragrance which used to be a faint coconut smell that did not linger. I have allergic reactions to fragrances. Traite has changed to natural oil for their masking fragrance. It is sweet smell that lingers in your hair and on your hands. The company confirmed this way the shampoo smells different and has different texture. I can get fragrance free from them, but I have to wait a month. When they make a new batch they get me a bottle of shampoo without the oil they use for masking fragrance. If fragrances are not an issue then it will make not difference. If it is a problem, go to mastey.com and contact the company. They do promptly response to emails.UPDATE: the company has taken down their website. I usually order from them. So not to get phony product. OR too old a product. I have ordered from beauty vendors. Sometimes I would get shampoo that was watery, If you look at it you can see partials , this is emulsion separating. It was old. Anything you by now will old.
