This book is probably one of the best books for Vietnam
Vietnamese society is an interesting blend of modern and traditional. Rural areas areknown to be more traditional than big cities, hence it is appropriate to dressmodestly in rural areas as well as in temples, museums and historical heritage sites. It is worth noting that in Vietnam, pointing at something or somebody with yourfinger is considered impolite, as well as touching people, especially on the headVietnamese society is very respectful of its elders and while nobody would say athing in any circumstance, it is again appropriate to respect elderly people, help themcross the street and keep your voice low when talking to them. Finally, ask to the person you want to take a picture of if it’s okay to do so.

Vietnam, officially the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam
Vietnam, officially the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, is the easternmost country on the Indochina Peninsula. With an estimated 94.6 million inhabitants as of 2016, it is the world's 15th-most-populous country, and the ninth-most-populous Asian country. Vietnam is bordered by China to the north, Laos to the northwest, Cambodia to the southwest, Thailand across the Gulf of Thailand to the southwest, and the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia across the South China Sea to the east and southeast.

Was this written by AI? (All text no pics)
I bought this anticipating it would be full of wonderful pictures of Vietnam. Instead I I received a small booklet with no author listed except "copyright 2018 101 Amazing things". It feels to me like it has been written by an early version of AI, and most of the content is "gosh gaw, filler sentances" followed by one sentence with an almost passing statement about what you may want to see.No organisation in terms of geographical location, North, south, east, west - who would know without googling each location.Upon carefully checking the reviews (after the purchase - yes my fault for not reading them before hand), it seems there are a handful of similarly disappointed people like myself, and a number of reviews which (realistically) talk about how wonderful Vietnam itself is, but do little to express the quality of the book(let) purchased.

Poor content hidden inside a great cover, NO maps or images, NO carefully curated content - useless
Just a collection of vague things the traveller could do in Vietnam - much better content is out there in books or online. No images or maps or anything useful in this book. And the things that are selected as things to do can be quite odd. The very first thing in the book is about going somewhere to get clothes made for you. Why would that be the first thing? Is that the best thing that Vietnam has to offer? It's a strange choice for pick of the bunch and seems very disrespectful to the Vietnamese people to me.
