I had trouble finding both the entry lock and dummy lock for my double doors from local suppliers, but both were here. They are very durable and function very smoothly. I originally wanted matte black, but the antique bronze is also nice, less expensive and more available.

The color was perfect and so much easier to use than the old lock (25 years ago). Ugh!

excellent product

I appreciated the ease of installation of Schlage products compared with Kwikset. The build precision is great with this product line. My only reason for taking back one star is that the inside portion of the non-functioning dead bolt and handle do not share the same design elements. The round back-plate does not share the same "camelot" design as all the other handles and locks. Very odd.

More automation in my home with the smartthings hub. Works flawlessly..This was the dummy side of the door set..

I don't recall writing a really negative review before but this product was a big disappointment. Since the local Big hardware stores do not carry dummy handsets I decided to order it through Amazon instead of the hardware store (not much difference in price but I get quick shipping through Amazon). The product arrived as scheduled. Quick eyeball inspection of the handset showed a small noticeable scratch/scrape on the dummy lock. While all the parts appeared to be included, some of the parts were loose in the box since the plastic parts bag was broken open when I received the product. It looked to me like the product was a previous return. I decided to return the product because of the scratch. There is another major reason I would absolutely not recommend purchasing this product and would return it. If you put the dummy handset next to the active handset you can see a very big difference in the finish. The dummy handset finish looked like it was painted with a can of cheap paint. I decided to buy another active handset and install active hardware in place of the dummy handset, it only cost about $5.00 more for the active handset. If I knew about this before purchasing and installing the active handset, I would have bought another brand. Maybe other companies do a better job. Other suggestion is buy both active and dummy handsets at the same time so you can compare both before installing. There is a plus about this purchase. Amazon did a great job handling the return. Very professional.

The product itself is good and matched perfectly however the price is a scam. In a day and age when the majority of doors are double it is ludicrous that I pay within 20.00 for a dummy lockset with zero guts or functionality over that of a fully functioning handle and programmable electronic lock.
