Bought as a gift for my 8 year-old granddaughter who enjoys reading graphic novels. She loves it.

Very happy! this is a awesome book for my daughter ....she loves making her own character's and this book has many ideas to help her with that... thank u!

This is a very good book. She doesn't necessarily teach you HOW to draw. However she shows you techniques to draw expressively.

Was so excited for this book to come. But i was so sad afterwards. I thought there would be step by step directions or more instructions as to how to make the characters stand out. With the exception of the first page, where you are shown body types as shapes, there is no other tutoring at all. This book is simply a drawing a day prompt style. Each page has beautiful, and I mean gorgeous, drawings done by the author, but each page is just a suggestion on what you should draw. No how's. Just can't recommend if you are looking to learn anything. If you are out of ideas on WHAT subject to draw, this may work for you.

I'm glad didn't miss my chance with this purchase. Great insight and direction. I look forward to practicing and nurturing my skills

One of the best how to draw books you'll ever find

I love this art style and was hoping this book would show me how to draw in it, but, as another reviewer stated, it's just a book of prompts. I was pretty disappointed.

Adorei, traz diversos exercícios pra mexer com a criatividade e ajudar naqueles momentos de bloqueio criativo. Um grande incentivo para quem quer manter o habito de desenhar diariamente e sair da zona de conforto, experimentando variados desafios.Este livro não ensina a desenhar, logo, acredito que seja mais indicado para artistas que já possuem alguma prática e desenvoltura no desenho.
