Product Description Little ones will love singing and dancing with the Chicken Dance Elmo doll. Watch them flap their arms and waddle like a chicken as Elmo dances and sings a chicken song. Just press his feet to put him in motion, then join your kids in the fun. Imported. 14Hx9Wx7D" .com Elmo has certainly sold out. The fuzzy red Muppet is dressed up in a chicken suit, with only his red face and hands showing. The fuzzy suit is bright yellow with a white chest, orange feet, and a red comb on the hood. Push the button on Elmo's left foot and his high-pitched voice encourages little ones to do the Chicken Dance with him. His arms flap and his knees bounce up and down as he sings the lines, "Elmo wants to be a chicken, Elmo wants to be a duck" to the familiar, but annoying, tune. Press the button on his right foot and Elmo will cluck like a chicken and move his head. Note that these two actions are the only ones Elmo does; there is no volume control, repeatedly hitting a button will cause a "rap effect," and the body under the chicken suit is hard plastic, which hurts his huggability factor. --Pam Lauer P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); From the Manufacturer Kids will want to sing and dance, and won’t be able to help laughing out loud when they see Chicken Dance Elmo. Chicken Dance Elmo is dressed up in a yellow chicken suit. When you press on his right foot he starts to sing the popular “Chicken Dance” song while he dances like a chicken. As he sings the lyrics of the song, his legs go up and down and he flaps his “chicken” arms back and forth just like in the real chicken dance. See more

My intent was to find the most annoying baby gift as a joke to mess with her
I got this for a coworker who had a baby. My intent was to find the most annoying baby gift as a joke to mess with her. Turned out that the kiddo loves it, so it worked out perfect. The baby gets to goo and laugh, and she has to contentiously listen to the chicken song. - winner

Elmo rocks
I am reviewing this from more of an adult perspective, since I bought it for my mom. Since she loves the chicken dance and animal toys that do strange things, it was a perfect gift. This Elmo is a completely adorable idea, if somewhat bizarre. Lots of fun. Hours of entertainment. I can see how younger children might break this toy, as Elmo is full of mechanical parts, and not too soft and cuddly. But for slightly odd grownups, it's perfect.

OMG
We got one of these 9 years ago for our first grandson and he loved it. He played with ELMO until Hurricane Ike took it and all his toys away when their house washed into the bay. His new baby brother will enjoy it also as well as the rest of the family reliving the moments long gone.

Great product for young kids!
I bought this toy for my neice on her 1st birthday. Out of all the awesome, expensive toys that she's gotten, this was her favorite! The best $15 I ever spent! It goes everywhere with her, and she's learned how to dance from watching and playing with Elmo. I loved this item so much I'm buying one for my baby (well actually it's for me)!

Elmo rocks
My son went bonker's with this. He even knows how to turn him on. I only wish that it was the real chicken dance that he was teaching.
