The water pressure this can put out is amazing. My neighbors think I have the most incredible sex life because of the orgasm sounds that come from my bathroom every time I take a shower. Nope - it just feels THAT good. Cons: Comes as the shower head only - purchase your hose separately. The spray gets those little bits of grit ingrained more easily which makes the spray shoot off into weird directions much faster than a standard shower head does. The whole thing is plastic and feels pretty flimsy. The head's been dropped a time or two and knocked about and the casing came loose. Screwed back on pretty easily, but yeah, it does feel cheap in your hand. But how it shoots out that water... damn. Love it.Update 5/3/16: the shower head casing is coming very loose with regularity now. I tighten it back up but after a couple of showers it essentially snaps off again. It still feels amazing but this is way too flimsy to keep at four stars. Downgraded to two.Further update 5/8: gave up after the head popped off twice while showering. Three days too late to start a return. Waste of money. Shame, it was amazing while it lasted.

best shower head ever. what makes it so great is you can take it completely apart. you can clean it if and when the shower head holes get blocked. the pressure is phenominal, and it is all from the head. you don't need to turn your water up high to get pressure. good for the pipes. the only way it could become even greater is if they placed a purge opening with a little plug on the top of the head so you can empty the water that is in the unit. i just have a thing about sitting water. also don't like to have the beads sitting in water. oh well. but all in all GREAT

Great product, I didn't actually realize that it only had 1 setting but its fine because the setting its on is what id pretty much always leave it at though.It was very easy to put together, everything is hand tight and no leakage.Would buy again.Edit:Originally I had given this product 4 stars, it was great but lacked the different spray functions. After about 8 months of use the cheap plastic part broke from water pressure and when I spoke to customer care about it they said they don't have the part in stock so I am pretty much SOL and need to buy a new one.

Let me start off by saying that I loved this thing. It was easy to install and I really did notice a difference with my skin. The problem is that after only a couple of weeks, every few times we'd use it, it would burst open sending the little balls all over the bath and down the drain. It was such a bummer! While I might overlook that defect to a degree, because again, I really think it made a difference with my skin, my husband absolutely hates the thing. We tried gradually increasing the water pressure, and that didn't work. We tried tightening it before and after every use and that didn't work. It really is a bummer, because it definitely had a lot of potential.

I like this so far, great water pressure and I don't have to turn the water on full blast. I can't make any claims about skin or hair other than I can rinse my hair quicker than with my old shower head. There were no leaks and no need for plumber's tape. However I do have hard water and those tiny holes are getting clogged. I'm currently soaking it in vinegar and water hoping that will help.

Love this shower head. It's a fight in the house for the shower now. I can definitely feel a difference with the water quality. Skin and hair feels a lot more moisturized as well, especially for my daughter with moderate eczema. I would definitely recommend this, especially if not wanting to spend a lot of money on a water system. I will say the only draw back is that it seems to fog up the bathroom mirrors more than previous regular shower head.

The head shot water in every direction when I turned it on for the first time. I unscrewed it and tried screwing it on evenly, but it immediately dislodged itself every time I tested it. I tried to super glue it, then wrapped it with waterproof tape, but neither option worked as it continued to spray water all over my bathroom.The spray was really nice, with plenty of pressure, but I couldn't enjoy it knowing that I had to dry off everything in my bathroom as soon as I got out of the shower.

I am grateful to have located this on Amazon. The reviews were very helpful and I decided to try this out. I did not notice the change in my hair or skin, however, I certainly noticed that the amount of liquid cleanser I am accustomed to using was much too much with this shower head! It was packaged well and came with the two extra bags of filtration balls, as well as a small amount of plumber's tape.
