Not bad. Actually kinda enjoyable.
I have to start by saying I did not use the recommended recipe.I used a Philips Pasta Maker and used a measure of water from the Pasta Maker's measure and a teaspoon of olive oil.The result was a very sticky, spongy, and elastic pasta. It had a tendency to clump and stick together. I had to manually separate the strands. I used the fettuccine noodle mold.Once boiled, the pasta had a spongy texture to it. Once you start eating it, however, it takes on a more tradition pasta-like texture. The texture ends up being enjoyable. The flavor was pasta-like enough for me to enjoy it. Someone commented that it tasted too much like flax. I did not have this experience.I will try making it using the advised recipe: egg, water, cream, white vinegar, and olive oil. That may dramatically influence the texture. I will also try different pasta molds.Overall, I'd have to say that it was an enjoyable experience... close enough to white flour derived pasta. It was very filling. I made a butter cream sauce with parmesan, garlic, and roasted habanero pepper.Later on, I'll try the recommended recipe and post an update. I expect that the spongy texture was from the way the pasta maker makes the pasta as well as just using water and oil. The pasta maker makes a loose mix which gets caught and then compacted by way of a screw-like driver which pushes it towards and through the pasta molds. I think the result of the process is several small pockets of air inside of the noodles.May be able to fix that by using a rolling pin to flatten the noodles, compacting the matter together and maybe forcing out the very small air bubbles.

Tastes good
Make sure you follow the directions on the package, 1st time I tried to make the pasta from my normal recipe, did not turn out to great. I also suggest making as thin as pasta as you can. But we all like the taste
