The towels are soft, breathable, and really easy to use – just wet, wring, and snap! Within seconds they feel cool against the skin, and the effect actually lasts a good while. The size (120x30 cm) is generous enough to wrap around my neck or drape over my shoulders without being bulky. I’ve used them for walks, house chores, and even while working at my desk, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in keeping me cool and preventing overheating – especially when anxiety flares up and I start to feel panicky or hot. They dry quickly and are reusable, which makes them really handy. They do come in their own little bag with a clip but I don’t use them so didn’t keep them. Got this for a summer trip to Paris to keep me and the kids cool. They do work but not as long as you would hope. They also smell a bit but probably because the bag you're supposed to store it in smells. Nice and easy to travel with and the kids love them.
