After you soak and pat the piercing dry, then apply a tiny bit of the oil to your piercing bump (keloid). I usually wouldn’t recommend anything besides saline, but this was a last resort. I was terribly insecure over the bumps (I included a picture, so you’ll see why lol.) but this solution helped so much. I applied morning and night after cleaning it. I had no problems with the oil, it didn’t affect my skin or anything, only soothed the bump.
