Providence Spillproof Kennedy Cups - Pack of 3

When my husband returned home from one of his rehab stays, I ordered a set of these Kennedy Cups for him. They were used in the rehab facility. My husband was able to have his own drink, without fear of spillage. A small layer of independence for him.The Kennedy Cup is a lightweight, easy-to-grip adapted drinking cup designed to prevent spills. Fill with warm or cool beverages for users who have difficulty drinking from standard cups. The Kennedy Cup has a screw on lid that prevents the liquid from spilling out, even when the cup is turned upside down.

Very effective design to prevent spills. The "handle is quite flexible which can pose a problem with lifting, but overall the cup prevents spills and makes caregiving a bit less messy.

This works great as long as you don’t try to fill it up to the top. If you do it will spill out the top. But if knocked over it does not spill.

I really want to like & have played around to see if I could figure out how to stop the regurgitating fluid bubbling out around straw when cup is full after every sip. After about 1/2 of liquid is gone, then liquid stops bubbling up. If there is a way to stop this leakage I would keep, otherwise I will return & keep looking for container that does not leak at all. It doesn’t spill when tipped over. Updated comment. Each cup had paper instructions inside. I did not read, thinking I do not need guidance filling a drinking cup. Instruction says not to fill cup (basically less than 1/2 the size) to avoid spillage or what I found beverage coming up around straw. Had I known this, I would not have purchased. Bigger notice should be added for consumer to consider that this no spill cup only works if filling less than 1 cup of fluid (8 ounces)!

A good adult version of the spill proof cup. Works as intended as long as you don’t fill pass the specified line. Helpful product for those with mobility, dexterity issues.

There was nothing good about these cups except they are see-thru. They came with a little instruction card. Do Not fill over the lip. No matter how much liquid you pour into the cup, if you tip it upside down it leaks with/without a straw. Closing the lid is tricky, have to slowly & carefully tighten the lid so it doesn't pop across the threads and ruin it. If dropped the lid will pop off every time it happens. It's a decent size cup for a kid or seniors until you see that you can only fill them just under half. Just a waste of $10+

These are for an 82 year old male that has lost some of his hand control. These have a nice handle, top with straw spot and a lid. He can hold this cup and not worry about sloshing/spilling the contents all ove himself.

These are the perfect cup for an adult with Parkinson’s. Everything is light but useful. Easy to hold. Not sure if they are dishwasher safe as I wash by hand. Regular straws fit the lid. I use a bendy straw and put it in upside down. Works perfectly. The lid doesn’t tighten too tight but it hasn’t leaked either.
