I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family fun business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.Enjoy!

I have owned this product for years. Great performance, value and easy to use. I have also bought 3 as gifts for family and friends. I use it to froth almond milk to add to my matcha latte every morning. I love that it takes up very little counter space and comes with its own stand. The last one I bought had some issues stopping and starting. I replaced the batteries, bent the contact out a little and had to touch it just right to get it to go. I contacted the company and they were so easy to deal with and totally helpful. When I replied that I still had issues they sent me a replacement without question. I support their family business and I believe they treat their customers like family. Do not hesitate to buy from them! Thank you Zulay for making this easy for me.

I purchased one of these back in February this year and only used it a couple times. At first I didn't like it because it seem to drain the batteries rather quickly, then it wouldn't work at without fiddling with the batteries, etc. I reached out to the manufacturer and they replaced the unit without question and were very helpful trying the troubleshoot the issue(s). The new one works like a charm and helps me make a mean Matcha Green Tea. Great whisk and even better customer service!

Initially when I bought this product, it was a great price and it lasted about 3 solid months with new batteriea. It does an excellent job. Used it not just for frothing milk and making iced coffee but it made the lightest, fluffiest scrambled eggs EVER. Any opportunity I had to use it I did. After it died and I replaced the batteries, it started giving problems to start. You have to press it just right to get it at full power or otherwise it starts not at all or starts but moves slower, as if it is losing power. I have not contacted the suppliers due to being occupied otherwise and not finding the time but overalll it is a great product. I changed the batteries this morning so we shall see how it works and go from there. It was an awesome buy though. Will repurchase if this one goes bad.

I love how well this little foam maker blends!! I use it to mix my powdered collagen in water. I just use a smal amount of tap water, the collagen powder and let the foam maker mix them together. After that, I add it to a big mug of ice water (I prefer chilled water over room temperature water) and it works so well...no lumps! When the weather turns cooler, I can't wait to try it on hot chocolate! It washes up very quickly and comes with a stand. Very nice tool to have and the price is extremely reasonable!

What a great little mixer. I purchased Carnation Breakfast mix, and this mixes it so well. So much easier than mixing with a spoon. It sits right on my counter where I can grab it quickly. I bet it would mix eggs well for scrambled eggs. Haven't used it for anything else yet. Has great power, and was a great deal!!

There have been many milk frolthers brands with a stand I have ordered in the past, where the stand had been damaged and broke and the frother did not work well. This one, Zulay, had the most power, the best design, and the stand was all in one piece and sturdy. I also liked the origin story of this company.

This little hand held battery powered blender is exactly what I was looking for. My old one broke and I am very happy with this Zulay one. It takes 2 AA batteries and whisks quietly and smoothly in my cup without spilling my hot drink everywhere like other more powerful ones do. It's great for whisking milk, hot chocolate or other powder drinks for small quick whisking for one cup. I like how easy it is to use by pressing the button on the top of the blender which controls the on and off switch. It turns off as soon as you remove your finger or thumb from the switch, which allows easier control. The stand is very helpful not only for storing but also for draining the blender after it's washed. I also love the aqua colour which matches my other kitchen gadgets but it comes in a variety of colours too. I am very pleased with my new little hand blender and you will too. To open the lid of the battery, just gently pull on the tab on the top of the lid in the back of the blender. The lid should then pop open easily. It's really one of the best hand blender that I ever used, gentle yet powerful enough to mix my hot drink with ease. You will enjoy this blender just as much as I do everyday.
