I like French Roast; she likes the expresso style coffee. We grind our own beans so we bought two of these containers. They seal very tight, air free storage. They keep our coffee fresh and each time we open the container, we can smell the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the containers is superior. Easy to clean stainless; Easy to open and close.

I like the canister. It keeps the coffee fresh. Easy open and close and easy to clean. The scoop is a piece of junk. The handle broke off the scoop the first time I used it.

Coffee stays fresh, easy to measure, stainless steel design looks nice. I enjoy having my counter clean and knowing exactly how many spoons I need to use for my coffee maker. Though I did not find the date tracker that useful because I do not store my coffee for a long time.

Fits a bag of coffee making it easy to get in and out of the container. I have arthritis and it's very hard to open the bags with metal tabs. We haven't had any problems with drying and it's easy to clean. Oh and it looks good.

This canister keeps my coffee fresh and is a great way for storage. It also doesn’t take too much space which makes it perfect for my small space. I love the scooper/cup that it came with too, it makes it easier to get my coffee and the fact that it has a hook to hang on to it on the side is even better. I highly recommend this product!

Our canister sat in the window gazing out at the snow covered streets longing for sun and warmth, reminiscing of its former life in Southern California. It knows Omaha is a good place, but it will never beat the smell of salt in the air and the cool ocean breeze on a hot summer day.Overall good canister, solid scoop.

Terrific canisters. Beautiful colors and the clasp holds tightly. So nice to have a mug of coffee from freshly ground beans.

Good quality canister

I was looking for something to store my coffee beans in and this fit the bill. It fits exactly 1 pound of beans, (actually I squeezed in another eighth of a pound too). I like the fact that it has a CO2 vent for off-gassing. Anyone who buys coffee has probably noticed the tiny vent in the bag. This is because coffee gives off CO2 over time. Without a vented canister it would eventually explode, depending on the container and the number of times it's opened. With this container, no need to worry about that.The spoon on the side was a nice touch, just be careful when closing the lid that you don't catch the lid gasket on it.The only issue I have with this, and to me it's minor, is that the month and day wheels on the top are nearly impossible to turn. The month inner ring is impossible and the day (outer ring) is much easier.I bought two of these because I drink differing tasting coffees throughout the day and both exhibit the same issue, although one is just a teensy-weensy bit easier to turn (month) than the other.I would recommend this product and purchase it again.

Upon receiving my coffee storage container, I saw a warning on the box which says, "This product can expose you to Nickel(metallic) which is known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or reproductive harm." Not very encouraging is it for a product that will store coffee. I would not purchase this again!
