On the sheets of rectangle consecutive numbers, what size is the font??

Extremely small. I would not buy them again unless there was an option of a larger font. I would say the font were the size of 1/2 of my pinky nail and my hands are not big. I bought these to number to Vacation Bible School posters for our poster contest so the judges could vote by the poster number on the voting sheet to determine 1st- 3rd place winners. Names are on the back so the voting committee has no idea what child submitted the poster for fair judging.

Do these stick on plastic bags?

I don't see why not as long as u make it sure u don't try n put it on seam
