Excellent Grinder, Very consistent grinds, Easy to configure to get correct grind sizes.
This Grinder might seem slightly higher priced compared to others, but the consistent grind with the ceramic burrs along with the precise clicking mechanism to increase/decrease the grind size makes it totally worth it. I use this item to grind my "Ethiopian Yirgacheffe" coffee beans which are then used along-side the "Flair Signature Espresso". manual machine. I have total control of the Grind size with this and have managed to dial in the settings precisely to reproduce consistent quality espresso with lots of Crema time after time. I do have to adjust the setting for different coffee beans, But I write down how many clicks are required on the grinder per type of bean and this seems to work out very well. The only negative I can find is the amount of effort required to grind more than 2 shots worth of coffee. This isnt really a problem with the grinder though, more to do with my overall strength. (I am only a very small guy).It doesnt become unbearable, it just takes a bit of effort. Not enough to put me off making many espressos a day for myself and partner. If you want quality, consistent grinded coffee beans with the ability to dial in the settings to get the best experience for your machine, then dont hesitate to purchase this item!Ceramic burrs seem to be the best option too.I am pretty new to espresso so its definitely beginner friendly too if this helps.Good look and happy espresso making

Consistent ground, can grind Turkish coffee
Simple design and feels solid. Has settings from coarse grounds to the finest grounds, enough to make a good Turkish coffee (turn the gear clockwise for a finer grind). It wasn't particularly hard to hand grind (no need to use excessive force) despite what other reviews have mentioned. Only drawback is that beans can fall out from the top if too full.A bit on the pricier side but it does feel very solid and make a very consistent grind!Bought from Amazon Warehouse stating the condition was "Acceptable" but appeared to be brand new.

Delivers fantastic grind quality for the price!
*** Almost 2 months later review ***Everything I said before still stands about the grinder however there are two things to consider when purchasing this grinder.- I've noticed for a espresso/moka grind, the grinder will require a lot more strength to grind than some other grinders. I'm a fairly strong guy and I can get by just about ok, but I realise not everyone will have the same fortune.- When combined with the fact that there is no lid/cap on the grinder, you are more likely to shake the grinder about as you grind leading to the occasional bean spilling out. Sometimes first thing in the morning, I grind my coffee beans over the sink just to catch the 2-3 beans that spill out.Aside from these two points, I love the grind quality and consistency that this grinder delivers. I feel for the price, it is still a solid purchase.******After researching other hand grinders under the £100 mark, I went for this grinder in particular as the stand out features to me were:- Faster grind speed (For a given grind size, similarly priced grinders usually took around 4-5 minutes whereas this grinder takes under 1 minute)- More grind size adjustments (Similarly priced grinders have stepless grinders which usually loosened over time, as they lacked something as simple as a nut on the end. This grinder offers 30+ reassuringly stiff steps to choose from ranging between turkish and french press - that being said if you were looking for something to dial in for espresso, you might get lucky with this grinder but really you should be looking at something above the £100 mark)- Larger canonical burrs (Most grinders in this price range are ceramic conical burrs, this grinder isn't an exception in that respect but the burrs themselves are larger than most. This delivers the speed you'll love.Aside from those three main features, the cherry on the top is how the handle secures itself to the grinder for easy storing/carrying. The magnetic attachment and the secure fit into the handle knob definitely feels premium.I doubt you will regret this purchase, especially for the price.

Neat but flawed
Ordered it for its small and elegant design. And yes, it does look good. However, for me two things do not work and are in fact quite irritating:1. It’s physically hard to turn the handle unless I sit down and clamp the mill between my knees2. You cannot stand it upright with the handle still on - it falls over and the beans spill out of the open top.So you will need to take the handle off before it can stand on its own. A bit pointless really. Expensive too.

Excellent Hand Grinder
I bought this recently as I needed a manual grinder for my espresso machine. Unfortunately, lack of space means I couldn't buy an electric grinder. I bought a cheap grinder from amazon and tbh, it was a nightmare. The nut which sets the grind setting would shift as you ground the coffee, giving you inconsistent grind particles. In addition, it was pretty much impossible to dial in your grind size as there was no indicator. I'm happy I stumbled upon the CrushGrind as I was ready to buy a Hario Skerton, the seem go to grinder. Not only does the ChrushGrind have intervals in the same vein as the Hario, it actually has smaller intervals which allows you to really dial in the grind setting as you would see in an electric grinder. The consistency is amazing and I was able to keep my grind setting in place only tweaking when necessary. One of the issues with hand grinders is the time it takes to grind down your beans but surprisingly, I could grind down 14g of beans in about 45 seconds which was much faster than the 3-4 mins average I spent on the cheaper grinder. This grinder seems like the best kept secret in coffee going by the number reviews, youtube videos and articles I encountered when trying to find more information about it. I would definitely recommend this grinder twice over. Also a little tip, use the plastic container to both measure and feed the beans into the grinder (using your hand as a funnel). That way, you will not lose any of your beans.

Genial

Amazing manual grinder
I've worked first hand in the coffee industry in a coffee producing country for several years. I've use top notch electrical grinder brands like Mahlkönig, Eureka, Rancilio and Bunn, so I would say my standards for grind consistency are very high. I'm genuinely impressed by the grind quality this little manual grinder offers for its price point.I use the Crushgrind Colombia exclusively for brewing on V60, Kalita and Chemex, and it works brilliant. As other said, grinding will require some elbow grease, and 1 or 2 beans may pop out while grinding if the unit is not held stable. To be honest, for me, it's not an issue at all. Grind output is not perfect by any means, you will get powder, but for the cost of the unit, is completely acceptable. Get a Kruve Sifter and you will get even more amazing results.Without hesitate I will recommend the the Colombia for home/work/travel.Overall, amazing product. Get it, you will not be disappointed.

Prima maler!

Compratelo senza esitazione tenendo a mente quest'ultima osservazione.
