Replacement canopy
I bought the original gazebo in 2019. I contacted the company and was able to get a replacement canopy for a very reasonable price. There was a little confusion during shipping (hence 4 stars) but in the end, I’m a satisfied customer.

Good quality shelter
It is easy to install, goes together quickly, its simple construction, and the quality is very good. BUT, is really is not suited for Vermont winter snow loads, you must keep it cleaned off and in Vermont that means you may have to clear the snow several times during a storm. Customer service is very very good. They do a super job! When in the market for this type item I will certainly be a return customer.

I bough a trampoline from this company back in 2014. They have been super great to work with every since. Very helpful when it come to replacement parts even 7 years later!!Many many props!!I will definitely buy my next trampoline from them!

Excellent customer service
We bought a trampoline from Brandline almost 2 years ago. A strong wind storm picked it up and threw it about a hundred feet. ( I now have anchors.) So I got in touch with Grace at Brandline and being it was only 4 bent frames and some missing springs the price was great! And the customer service you couldn’t have done any better. Making sure it was the correct parts and quick reply. Thank you again, Mike

Bought an ORCC Trampoline from Brandline through Amazon. I had small problem with product but Brandline took care of the issue in a very quick manner. I have the 10x20 canopy just outside our slider, we have made a sort of 2nd living space. I live in florida and during our last hurricane warning, I had to take the topper of and unfortunately, but not surprising, it was sun-rotted along with a few bungies. Though I must say, we got 13 good months out of the tarp. I needed to replace it, the framing is all just fine and solid. I spoke with customer service and they really went to bat the help make that happen quote fairly.Read your warrant info on this, it's really quite fair, as long as it hasn't changed.We all know how challenging customer services has become in the past several years, but this company has got it right, with very helpful HUMAN beings on the other line!Will stick with these guys, great product, fantastic company!
