Having never made macarons before, I wasn't sure what all I needed aside from basic kitchenware. This kit had everything I needed to get started making some delicious treats! The mats are extremely easy to use, they don't hold a shape so they always lay flat, and most importantly, they are non-stick. Everything is easy to clean and decent quality. I've used this 10+ times and the only issue is that one of the piping bags now has a pinhole leak in the seam, but it only leaks with water when cleaning. Would 100% recommend to anyone trying to make some delicious macarons!

Nice set of icing decorating supplies. Mats are too big for my cookie sheets and can't be cut. Will buy new cookie sheets.

I purchased this kit to attempt to make macarons. These are the photos from my very first attempt. Although not perfect, the kit was extremely helpful and they turned out delicious. The mat is a great weight every piece was easy to clean. I highly recommend this if you like to bake and it is a MUST have for macarons! The mat rolls nicely for storing and flattens right out for baking. The circle outlines help so your macarons are uniform in size. Not one stuck to the mat. Win, win, win!!!

I mainly just use this as an outline when I use parchment paper or when I’m out. This is great in sizing out your macaroons, but they still tend to stick to it after you’re done baking it, causing a small chunk in the middle to be ripped off. This would make a great gift for beginners. It stores easily, very easy to clean if you decide using it, and it can fit into just about anywhere where you decide to store it.

Bought this for my daughters who were trying to learn how to make macarons. The first attempt, they used parchment paper, and the cookies stuck to the paper, but the cookies were in different sizes. After their first attempt, I purchased this for them, and they have been practicing making macarons once a week. They were happy that they cookies were in uniform size and the cookies were easy to take off the mats. Also, less clean up for them. I like the silicone bag because they have used it over and over, and during this SIP, they have made macarons weekly.

Liked the ease of use and cleaning of the mats. Great for macarons and other baked goods. However, did not receive all items listed in description. Received the mats, 3 piping bags and 1 bag tie. Shipment missing coupler and piping tips.
