Since hitting sixty I don't seem to have the same amount of energy as I did a few years ago, so I am always omm the lookout for things that can help give me a bit of a boost. I notice in particularly in a morning, so wanted something I could maybe add to my lunch time supplement stack and some research brought me to these. As well as helping with general health related issues such as immunity, the heart and aging, they also help with boosting energy, and some people who use cordyceps do talk about the same energy slump in an afternoon as I experience, and how this could well help.I've been taking them for several weeks now and I do think they have helped. It isn't like the kind of hit you'd get from caffeine, but over the weeks there does seem to haver been a subtle improvement in energy and this has come with an increased ability to focus. I certainly haven't found myself wanting to nod off in the afternoon, which may be down to this, or it could just be the change in the weather, but I will continue. I am only taking two per day, as there ar eonly 60 capsules so I wanted to make them last a month.Price wise they're certainly not cheap, so I would have to be sure that they were making a difference if I were to continue taking them, but if I was sure the increased energy and focus was down to this then I would most definitely continue.

*Easy to swallow tablets.*It looks as though there’s no added fillers, just pure powdered cordyceps powder in the capsules, which is good.*When I took the tablets I had a noticeable difference in the way I felt, and this was just after taking a couple of capsules….*I felt a lot more energised, more alert, almost like taking caffeine, but without taking caffeine.*Feels good to take, I will continue taking and hopefully I will feel even better.

I've used Kiki Health supplements before and been happy with them. I trust the product quality of this ethical brand. All their supplements are certified organic and plant based, non GMO, ethically sourced and sustainable. I'm taking the Cordyceps extract to fight off fatigue. I've been working a lot lately and need a little energy boost. This supplement should help due to the Cordyceps antioxidant and beta-glucan content. I really like KIKI and have tried multiple products from them now. The containers are made from glass and I love the design in general as it feels much more luxurious than most vitamin brands. The capsules are easy to swallow and the price is not bad at all for a two month supply. I cannot comment on effectiveness yet but these have no needless additives and are filled with good stuff so I'm sure they'll be great for my longer term needs.

Here the cordyceps is extracted via a high-quality process that retains the maximum amount of compounds (actually, according to the label, significant amounts of triterpenes, sterols and polyphenols), which are already high as the extraction is from fruiting bodies instead of the mycelium (root structures). Also, the cordyceps is organic, which is always the preferred option. All this warrants the price over cheaper options, which may not be as effective.Cordyceps is an apoptogenic mushroom, and always works well for me (as does this one), providing more of an energy boost than other mushrooms of the ilk. In fact, whenever I’m doing physical work it’s invariably my first choice.As is invariably the case with this supplier, it’s a pure product, and the jar is the usual darkened glass to preserve nutritional content.I manage quite well with only one capsule at a time, but up to four can be taken per day, which obviously cuts down the amount of time the jar will last for. Most people though will find a compromise, and may not need to take cordyceps as often. That’s the way I use supplements so as to make them last longer.All round, this is an excellent cordyceps supplement that I’m happy to recommend.

As a new year resolution I was going to try to be kind this year, but having taken these Organic Cordyceps Mushroom Extract tablets for a month I can honestly say that you get more of an energy boost from a visit to starbucks and buying a flat white!
