Portable Wheelchair Safe Shower Stall (Made in the USA, 10-year warranty on frame)

A godsend to me for my mom who is not able to get her bath chair unto either of the showers in our home. With this I am able to hook it to a faucet and bathe her. Without it she would have been doomed to bedbaths or we would have been remodeling a bathroom as she is not able to stand at all. With this I just set it up and wheel her in her bath chair into it, turn the pump on put drain hose in (I use bathtub) to drain water out as I bathe her and I have a happy, clean mom.These showers need to be advertised among the home health people as no one that comes to work with my mother has ever heard of such a wonderful thing and I just happened to stumble across it.It has been very well thought out and the support is wonderful from the people who make them. Upon setting ours up and getting it ready to use the pump wouldn't turn on. A phone call from us and a new one was on it's way next day air with everything needed to return the malfunctioning pump to them including a postage paid return label etc.It enabled me to keep my mom in my home rather than put her in a nursing home.I was to the point of asking a local motel if we could rent a handicap accessible room just to use the shower when I found this wonderful shower.

This portable shower would be fine for someone who is in a wheel chair but has good upper body and strong hands. It is not suitable for older individuals in a wheelchair. The controls associated with use of the shower are too hard to manage. if one has arthritis in addition, managing the controls becomes impossible.

We bought this product for my grandmother after she developed mobility issues and could no longer get up stairs to the restroom to shower. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but cheaper than installing a new accessible shower.I do not think this product would be easy for someone to use 100% independently, mainly because I'd think most people needing this wouldn't be able to strap the bottom flap up on their own from a sitting position.Very easy to store if you'd like, also easy to move and set up. My only complaint is that the shower and drain hoses could be longer but I can deal with that for her to have the ability to take a real shower.

This a very good accessible shower and we can definitely recommend it. It was very easy and fast to set up. We have used it four times now with a person who is wheel chair bound. There have been no problems with its use. It folds up into a very small shape.We considered bathroom remodeling to modify a standard shower to a handicapped accessible one. The construction/contractor people we spoke (and we spoke with several companies) with all indicated the job would cost in the $10K-15K range. This shower is far less than that and does exactly what we wanted a handicap-accessible shower to do.

Bought this for my sister who is almost 82 years old a couple of years ago after she had a stroke. I have to say this product saved the day. My other sister whom she lives with did not have a shower access on the first floor only a half bath. The portability of this shower and the power and ease of use is amazing and allows my sister to get a proper shower, sitting on a shower chair. I had to replace the hose and the company was extremely nice and courteous with placing the order. The quality of the shower is great and never leaks or causes any water damage. My sister uses it in the kitchen by the sink, no special hook ups needed. This product is well worth the price, my sister is happy, refreshed and clean.
