I bought this for my 3 year old niece and she likes it, because she's been into phones and Shimmer and Shine as of late.The phone itself is cute, but there is no volume button. When you press the clear ( over the buttons ) they talk and sing, but you can barely hear it. Also, as I was opening the Amazon box it came in, you could hear them so that is battery draining. It certainly isn't worth the $12 for a couple sayings and no other functions.
