Edelweiss CreekLong 3-Pcs Black & Blue German Embroidered Oktoberfest Dirndl Dress

I read in the reviews some people found it ran really small, so I ordered it a couple sizes larger. After feeling insecure and finding the size chart later, I ordered it AGAIN according to the chart exactly (with a measuring tape). The first one came and it was huge. Then several hours later, on the same day, the second one I ordered came (from the chart sizing) and it fit PERFECTLY! And I'm hard to fit! I was so happy with the fit, quality and style. I am a 58y/o, larger woman, so finding a good fit gives me a lot of anxiety when planning an event or special occasion. Now I am excited to attend Oktoberfest in Munich and feel good about my outfit! Plus - even fitting snug (as it is supposed to) it is comfortable! :) So happy with my purchase!

Sizes fun small. I’m a size 16 in dresses and based on these measurements i went for an 18 which for great area. Not even the cute push up tight. The tight where it makes your boobs into a square lol the size 20 fit so much better in the top area but the dress is Super sturdy material on the dress. The bottom white shirt feels rough but I’ll try to make it soft by washing w cold water and softenerIt’s very nice and does not feel nor look like a costume. Excited to use this year at Oktoberfest in Germany!

Originally I ordered a size 2. I am 5'5", weight 108 pounds, and the size two was so small that I ended up sending it back and ordering a size 6 as I felt the 4 would probably be too small as well. The 6 has a little extra room, but fits well enough. The quality is overall good for the price and the colors and length are good.

The outfit arrived early and was just as advertised. I followed the size chart -- I was actually between two sizes according to my bust and waist measurements so I went with the larger size based on reviews. The dress fits perfectly, so I would say the chart is sized correctly. Colors are vibrant and embroidery really sets it off. I am very pleased. I gave the Comfort 4 starts because the blousy is really rough feeling...I will hand wash it a few times with fabric softener as suggested by another reviewer. I can't wait to wear this in Munich this fall!

Sized up one size. I'm a size 12. 190 lbs. 5'5. 38c boob.. the zipper is short, could not get it down past the trunk of the dress. I was unable to pull the dress up past my behind and I couldn't pull it down past my boobs. Maybe another size up would've worked. Other than sizing up two sizes, the material is nice and thick. It doesn't feel cheap but it's not cotton

I love the detailed embroidery and silver hooks. Including the under blouse is a great value. One wash softened it up! Being larger in the hips, I opted out of wearing the apron and accentuating them. I was able to sinch the bodice tight to narrow the torso area and make the look more flattering. I was very comfortable all night at our local Oktoberfest celebration!

It’s a great dress for the value. The skirt is not made of heavy material but rather comfy and light weight and easy to wear. Just right for TX October weather. I would use this company again. I had items missing but that was taking care off right away . Great costumer service and caring merchant.

Returned. It is not what it was advertised or what other reviews stated. The fabric is very thin and flimsy. Reminded me of a cheap Halloween costume not at all the heavy solid fabric of a traditional Dirndl. It also didn't look like the picture. It had only one loop for the string over the bust not three. I ordered my regular German dress size, it is way too big in the waist.

Very fitted dress. Be sure to take your largest measurement when ordering. For me it was the bust that made my size way larger than I usually get! But the apron synched in the waist nicely, that was too big. I got so many compliments! I would order here again. I added Swiss lace to the apron and some embroidery details to the bodice, but it was nice as it was. I just wanted a little more. The bodice is lined and I was able to hide all of the stitching. Wash the top before wearing as it is very stiff. Tops are interchangeable as you can see.
