I love this footrest and am very happy with it. I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service. In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting. What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

Ever since I entered the workforce I’ve noticed that in order to sit at a desk, I either need to be too far below my desk so my feet can touch the floor or let them dangle slightly. It’s uncomfortable and distracting. Why did it take me so long to fix this? When I sit at my desk now, it just feels right. I’m not looking up and my monitor and my arms are slowing down toward my mouse and keyboard. It’s like a puzzle piece just fits now. This unit in particular is kind of wobbly, even though I’ve only had it about fifteen minutes. I don’t know how long it will last, but I sure appreciate it at the moment.

So far this foot support does what it's advertised to do which is all I can ask of a product. The plastic seems sturdy although I'm technically not putting much weight on it. As with all products longevity will be the ultimate test of quality. Having the ability to adjust the angle of my legs during the work day definitely helps with my posture and lower back pain. I can't personally say whether the rotating balls in the center buy me anything. My only complaint is that I wish the product was less prone to slide on my office floor. I don't know if more weight in the base might help. Perhaps a ridge of non-sticky silicone substance running around the perimeter of the base unit where it contacts the floor might be in order.

Update: I received great customer service! After seeing how disappointed i was in the product customer service reached out, and they were so friendly. They replaced the product for me. I hope the silo rings last longer. Original: I ordered this on March 20,2023. I have had this thing for 4 months, and it broke today. The top piece was always popping off, and it just broke. I cant reconnect the two pieces anymore. Dont waste your money on this garbage. I wish I could just get my money back.

It's not awful but also not great. It's pretty cheaply made honestly. The little roller things are kind of nice. The biggest issues for me are 1) the tilt does not lock in place. The only thing that truly adjusts is the height so it still rocks back and forth. I do fidget a lot so the rocking isn't always a bad thing, but I wish there was an option to lock it in place. 2) The footrest slides away from me while I'm using it. The bottom isn't grippy enough to keep it in place. I constantly have to pull it back toward me and I feel like I can't put the full weight of my legs on it which isn't comfortable. I am glad I didn't pay full price for this. I tried it for a few days and now it is sitting beside my desk. I already threw the box away so I can't return it.

I purchased the HUANUO Footrest after not getting any pain relief from using the Everlasting Gel Memory Foam Gel. Which didn't give any ergonomic support because of being too soft. The rollers are the best, as they massage your foot. And can also use the footrest for rocking and pedaling. After extensively using it for 10 months (since I work from home), the footrest broke. I emailed to see if the Customer Service Team can provide me a replacement through warranty. I sent them images of the broken footrest and the Order#. They responded immediately and, within 2 days, sent me a new replacement footrest! Hence 5 Stars!!

Le repose-pieds est très confortable et les textures de massage sont vraiment agréables, parfaites pour détendre les pieds pendant de longues heures de travail au bureau. La qualité de fabrication semble solide et il est facile à utiliser. Petit bémol : il n’est pas possible de bloquer le repose-pied à un angle fixe, ce qui aurait été pratique pour plus de stabilité selon la position de travail. Malgré cela, je suis satisfait de mon achat et je le recommande à ceux qui veulent un bon confort avec un petit plus massant.

Got this for my wife a while back, and she’s been loving it — uses it every day while working. I finally tried it myself after a few months and totally get the hype. It’s sturdy, super comfortable, and the little massage texture actually feels great on your feet. Now I’m ordering one for myself! Definitely worth it if you spend long hours at a desk.

I give this office foot rest a 3‑star rating because it provides basic comfort but has some issues. The main problem is that it keeps moving under my legs and doesn’t stay stable during use. It’s usable, but it would be much better with a non-slip base or sturdier design.
