if your old cups handle pokes you this is a soution
ive tried many cups, for me this has been the best cup hands down.this cup is soft but pops open without having to manipulate it. its extremely comfy. once its in i don't notice it or even think about it. cups have shortened my period by a few DAYS. I cramp less with this cup shape, its seems to rest with the natural curve of my body it does not poke or push at me .prosmost comfortable cup ive usedit has not leaked on meits very easy to insertcaused less cramping that previous cupsthe handle doesn't poke or chafecons-smell. it has that weird gross rubbery smell after use that some cups getdid not work for sleeping( i have not found a good overnight cup)

Best out of ten I tried!
I have tried ten cups. TEN. I have a tilted uterus and a low cervix so it’s hard to find a good fit. I was using the lena cup as my Goldilocks cup but honestly this one is better! The material is silky and fancy looking not that it matters but it feels better made. Similar to the merula cup from Germany ($50). The shape is the selling point. It’s perfect. And unlike most cups under $20 this pops open when needed. Most inexpensive ones are too flimsy to open easily. This is not as firm as a diva cup but it is not wimpy either. I’m buying a few for my closest girl friends. They are going to be embarrassed but this is worth it. My only negative is the dang holes in it. It makes it hard to clean. We don’t need those holes if you pinch it to break the seal BEFORE removal. Some day manufacturers will catch on.

Only in America this is allowed
I don't understand how can someone run a company or a business with products half - finished. It's like do people even think about people's needs or do they just copycat products for quick cash? This "thing" is impossible to remove our of your bag unless you use both hands and even then it takes a while. And it is all becuase it does have the RING! How can you release a product that would create such inconvenience? Do you purposely want returns?Something to consider. Other thant hat the cup is perfect. But this is 2021...errors such as these shouldn't exist in this day and age. Manufacture a ring for this cup immideately!

Sizing seems small
It seems a little small, but I purchased it based off of what was recommended. I’ve never had children. It dose seem to take some work to put in and remove (but I’m sure it will be easier as time goes on). I only leaked once, and that’s when it was full. I wear period panties, just incase. I might go up to the next size. But it fit comfortably and I didn’t feel it.

Best menstrual cup out there
I’ve tried so many menstrual cups and this is by far the best. It was super easy to put in and take out like learning curve 0. Not only that I forgot I had it in it was so comfortable. Highly highly recommend. My best investment thus far

I had high hopes
I really wanted this to be the solution for me. I was ecstatic that they had a smaller size available, as the regular size is a bit much for me. It comes with a handy guide for various insertion techniques, but after two days and roughly 3 hrs of trying, with and without lube, I could never get it positioned where I needed it. For those with a little more experience with menstrual cups it may be a great option. I will say that the suction worked very well, and I doubt there would have been any leaking had it been placed where I needed it.

Pretty good. Wish it had grips at the base
Over all, I did like using this cup. The shape is correct according to the pictures, but I do wish it had textured grips around the base of it. I needed to trim the stem a bit, and not having the gripping rings made it trickier to remove.Word of caution!: I had first ordered the large black ergo shaped cup but it came as a typical cup shape and not the ergo style in the picture. I had Amazon replace it but the second one was exactly the same.

Sizing chart is not very helpful
I was looking for a good menstrual cup since my last one was a bust. The shape looked promising and the reviews were pretty good so I decided to order one. I got a regular small per the sizing chart. When I went to use it everything went well, it sat nice, there was no rubbing or stabbing from the end and I had no pain but when I went to check on it I had major leaking. I thought, oh maybe it got too full, but there was little in the actual cup. So the recommended chart is not very helpful in my case. I also went to return it to try a different size maybe and I was told my return was processed and refunded but I have yet to see the money given back to me. I was really hoping for this cup to work but it just didn't and I am not satisfied with the customer service.
