Works well, good price among nam brands, highly recommended

The pump Spray mechanism on this product is not the best. It will waste some liquid but at roughly 2 dollars apiece that's acceptable. Especially given the fact, Afrin or Vicks, which is the exact same medication cost four times that much.

I prefer the short acting spray but it's getting nearly impossible to find. The menthol in this is very weak (nearly undetectable) and the bottles are older style with the ring around the neck. Spray works ok, does the job. Arrived very quickly; well packaged. Good price.

I have severe dust allergies and my sinuses become clogged often. I used Adrian before, however it is expensive. These work very well and the scent is far better. I highly recommend.

If you have a really stuffy nose I really would suggest getting the green box of this nasal spray. The red box is good but the severe the green box is great. The first time I used the severe my stuffy nose became clear it was great.I have tried nasal sprays that cost $15 and they did not work at all. And I tried prescription nasal sprays and everything and I've tried using a Neti Pot and nothing works better than the severe nasal spray. You can't beat it the best thing it works trust me it works.

Great for the price - you get a ton of product. It also works reasonably well.A few complaints: I wish the sprayer was better on these. I wish it had more menthol in it. I wish it wasn't so runny.
