Me ha gustado todo en este libro, me ha encantado poder identificar las causas de las enfermedades y cómo sanarlas solamente insertando nuevas ideas en mi mente y en mi corazón. Recomiendo a todo el mundo leer este libro, es una joya. Se merece más de 5 estrellas.

Excelente libro. Va llevando al lector desde la simplicidad a la complejidad poco a poco te vas enamorando de su lectura hasta no quererte separar de el. Muy INTERESANTE con ejercicios prácticos y abundantes conocimientos. Te enseña con tono modesto y sincero que la vida es lo que es que venimos a aprender de ella y a vivir la con intensidad plena, con reconocimiento y que no es mas que nuestro aprendizaje al pasar por esta tierra. Teniendo la dicha de saber que esta en nosotros el perdonar, vivir el presente y sobre todas las cosas AMAR. El Amor es la fuente de nuestra vida. Gracias Louise por tus conocimientos y que la luz y el progreso estén contigo y que la Sabiduría Universal te cobije por los siglos de los siglos en su regazo.

Es la tercera vez que compro este libro. De alguna forma desaparece de mi vista o lo presto y nunca regresa. Es un clásico imperdible. Louise Hay verdaderamente te ayuda a sanar tu vida. Si estás ya en el camino del auto descubrimiento, cómpralo! Si apenas empiezas, cómpralo! Si solo tienes curiosidad, cómpralo! No te arrepentirás!

This is my 3rd book. I got this book for the first time back in the 90's and it really helped me with my self-esteem. I practiced all of Louise's positive affirmations together with therapy sessions. can't even describe all of the changes that very slowly took place in my life at that moment. Unfortunately, I left that copy of my book back home when I moved to Canada. Recently I was talking to a friend and is going through a bad time and she's looking for some tools to help her go through it. I noticed how she talks about herself and life in general so I decided to give her this book as a present to help her in her path knowing how good it worked for me. So I good a sample for her, and when I was reading it at a glance while preparing the package for her, I felt the urge to read it again for and I had to order another copy for myself so I got me another copy.This book is a real life-changing if you keep working on your affirmations and if you are aware of how you speak in your everyday life. It helps you get the awareness of the language you use and how you think about life, money, possessions, work, and anything in general. Then, you understand why you are in your current situation. It is so simple and so easy to change your life through affirmations that, you can get really skeptical about it. In my case, once I noticed how my own mood and my own perception of the same circumstances changed, I just kept doing it as an experiment and I don't regret any of it. My life just took a quantum leap and changed forever. Now, ofter so many years of having read this book for the first time, I thought that it could hurt to go back and reinforce what I had learned. I truly, blindly recommend this book to whoever is seeking for a life change. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. =)
