Fantastic customer service
The product is different to other lamps, which makes it more modern for today's use, fantastic condition, looks great in different locations around the house, perfect for people with smart technology, convenient and tidy looking.

Great Lamp but wi-fi keeps stopping.
A really nice looking lamp. I would have given 5* except the wi -fi keeps stopping. About every 5 days and I have to reset it which is very annoying.

Excellent lamp
An excellent lamp. Very easy to put together and to use. Different light levels very useful . Reading light level is very good indeed. Lamp delivered next day after ordering, and was well packaged . Would recommend.

Don't buy
After few months of using this light, I now have a full picture of this product.When turn the mode to day light, it flickes.It has a wireless mobile phone charging function,which only works for iphone8 and above vision. And when you use the wireless dock for charging, the light flickes frantically no matter with mode it is on.I can't be bothered to go through the refund process, so I still use it with its basic funtion: set the mode in evening mode, don't use the charging dock.

Not what was expected
WiFi not working. Light flickers.Head is not a flexible as I thought. Does not provide the area coverage I need.Looks OK and brightness is OK for the narrow area it covers

A little lacking quality but bright enough
An improvement on my less-bright Anker LED light but top arm is a bit flimsy and the light in one mode seems more prone to flicker when you have an vibrations on the desk

Can vary the brightness and colour of the light. Also like the cordless phone charger.

The Instruction pamphlet did not list the model supplied.
The product is being used as a table lamp on my computer desk.I am currently happy with the table lamp. Easy to use.Yet to understand and link the WiFi.Otherwise no issue
