I would describe as modern traditional. They will last a lifetime. Hekman is a fine furniture maker and worth every penny I paid. Paid extra to have them brought inside and have the packaging taken away. The deliverymen were pros and very cordial. All done within five minutes. Five stars for delivery. However, before even receiving my new tables, the price had been reduced. I called Perigold and after reviewing my purchasing record I was told that they would give me the new sales price. Very happy. Then not two weeks later the price went down even further. I was told only a one time price adjustment could be made. Minus one star for this. But I'm still very happy with the tables.
