Situo Pure II RTS Single Channel Remote (Replaces Telis 1)

Our remote broke, this one was easy to link to our sunsetter awning and works great. Seems a little pricey for a replacement remote, but its better than having to hand crank the sunsetter in and out.

Our first generation remote broke and bought this one in hopes that it would seamlessly replace. After following the programming directions, it worked for our shade and was an affordable replacement with quick shipping.

Great remote control! Very easy to pair with motor which is already 12 years old. The sticky tape for attaching the holder case to the wall should have additional wholes to attach it to rough surfaces like stucco.

I have had the worst customer service by this company. It should pair easily but it did not. I’ve called the electrician who paired my first one. He and I went thru all the written and googled instructions but there is a problem. The problem is not in the FAQ, I have left 3 messages with the company over several months with no response. Never buy from them! They have the worst customer service.

I bought this to replace a Somfy Telis 1 RTS remote that worked but was 15 years old. Figured it would be nice to have a backup in case the old one got lost or was broken. Unpacked the new remote, read the manual on how to add a new remote assuming there was an old remote around so that the new one could copy the code. The first time I was not successful. In fact the old remote now didn't work. I figured I would have to call Somfy tech support for help. But, after disconnecting power to the awning and waiting 20-30 seconds before applying power again, I tried the old remote again. It was now working.. Proceeded to "Add a new remote". This time the new remote worked as well as the old one. Success!!! So wanted to share this solution in case someone else has this problem.

The instructions aren't clear. If you're getting a 2nd one, you need to use your original remote to program it.

Moved to a new place with two sets of automatic blinds, one however was missing a remote. Only clue was the remote available for the working set. Bought this and managed to calibrate the somfy detector (using a SIM card pin to prod the reset button on the blinds) and this thing worked. Managed to set multiple blinds to be operated by this single remote too.

Attempted to cancel order after talking to support. The cancellation was in a permanent pending loop and a return /refund was not accepted. Also, the previous remote stopped working for no reason. It was in the car, got out of range, and that was enough to stop it functioning permanently. Tldr, terrible product and terrible support.

Really pleased to find this works perfectly with the Dometic Power Awning on my camper. The old remote was damaged by a battery leak for the previous owner, but this one paired easily and works very well, so I'm a happy camper again! :-)

Tengo una persianas de hace 17 años y el control original se dañó. Muy dudosa compré el nuevo modelo ya que los proveedor me decían que no me iba a funcionar y que tenía que cambiar todo mi sistema. Pero funcionó perfecto con mi Persinas. Si son compatibles.

Nach vielen Jahren noch eine Ersatzfernbedienung gefunden, die auch funktioniert. Nach der Beschreibung der Bedienungsanleitung aber leider nicht . Erst ein You Tube Video gab Aufschluss. Daher einen Punkt Abzug
