Great for display
This looks better in person. The detail on it is great, for a plane lover it is a good one to own.

Good model
Very detailed, unfortunately out of the box the tail and wings weren't properly lined up, the tail was especially off, I had to break it off and re-glue it in order to get it centered

Color is true to picture
I love the C-17 so I wanted a display model. I looked around and this one was a little less in price. The color in the picture is definitely correct it is very light gray instead of the darker color of most C-17s. In my display area this seems to work out great. So I would definitely recommend this model. There was no assembly only attachment to the stand.

Not as advertised!
The description on the Amazon site is ‘METAL’ with ‘ALLOY’ parts. This is a very nice model, and reasonably accurate scale, but because I collect Diecast models, I am disappointed. The model is 99% plastic, and not an alloy. The only notable metal is the 4 tiny screws that hold the lower plastic body of the model to the upper plastic body. If there is any other metal it is not evident. For details and scale, it is nice, so I will give it a 5, but for being plastic I’ll give it a 1. Splitting the difference, and trying to be fair, I give it a (21/2) 3!

Fantastic aircraft
I flew on these for about 7 years. Very accurate for out of the box. Not a Charleston t-tail but good enough.

Cheap product for a lot of $$
This is a very cheap plane that’s definitely not worth $45 ! The wheels fell off the moment I opened the package - plane tail broke off too. Very bad and poooe condition. I would not recommend anyone to spend $45 on this - waste of money !
